A direct line to the water.
Phase 1 focuses on Fiji, working with a local facilitator and distribution partner so gear reaches the communities that need it most - donated, delivered, and kept.
How delivery works
- 01
Donate
You tell us what gear you have to give, in a couple of minutes online.
- 02
Collect
We arrange pick-up or a drop-off point near you.
- 03
Prepare
Gear is checked, sorted, and packed by category and destination.
- 04
Transport
Volunteer sailors, shippers, and travellers carry it across the Pacific.
- 05
Deliver
Gear reaches a local partner on the ground in the receiving community.
- 06
Community
Families fish and dive safely, and can pass gear on when they no longer need it.
